Privacy notice
Neri™ is operated by Tarun Murali, Chennai, Tamil Nadu ("we"). This notice explains what personal data we handle when you use this website or write to us, why, and what you can ask us to do.
What this website collects
- No cookies, analytics or trackers. We don't use them, and no advertising networks run on this site.
- The readiness check runs on your own device. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere. They reach us only if you choose to email us your result.
- Hosting. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use this data to identify you.
What you send us
When you email us, to join the waitlist, send your readiness result or ask a question, we receive your name, email address, what you write, and any details you choose to add, such as your practice's name, city or phone number.
Please don't send patient records, ID documents or other sensitive details by email. If we need anything like that for work you engage us for, we will agree a safe way to share it.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and, if you ask, arrange a call or a free check.
- To contact you when we can take on your practice, if you joined the waitlist.
- To send privacy updates only if you ask for them. You can stop them at any time by replying "stop".
We use your data only for the purpose you sent it for. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Zoho provides our email, on its India data centre.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
Each acts on our instructions. If we take on other providers, we will update this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and waitlist emails for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client. Client correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement and any record-keeping duty require. You can ask us to delete your emails sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw consent you have given, which is as easy as writing to us;
- name another person to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
Contact and complaints
Write to hello@nerihealth.in with "Privacy" in the subject. We acknowledge within 7 working days and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for medical practices and their staff. It is not directed at children.
Changes
We will post any change to this notice here, with a new date.
